The steps to delete the ActiveX control are as follows:

1. Close all Internet Explorer browsers
2. Open the folder C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files
3. Delete all files in that folder
4. Open Internet Explorer
5. Connect to the network camera and install the new ActiveX
